The TBLA Program

Clients in TBLA will join a cohort with other leaders of similar rank and experience.  Each month, there will be a half-day meeting with all clients in the cohort working & learning together.  These seminars will cover MBA-style content with a focus on discussing contemporary approaches to leading people effectively.  Clients will also have 3 executive coaching sessions during the program so they can examine their leadership impact in a private setting.

Monthly meetings:                

  • ½ day per month includes breakfast

  • Roundtable discussion & reporting

  • Peer-to-peer coaching

  • MBA level content

  • Guest speakers

  • Located at Oxford Exchange in Tampa

Executive Coaching:

  • Minimum of 3 one-on-one sessions over the 9 month period

  • In person or via Zoom

  • Validated assessment tools (e.g. Conflict Dynamics Profile, Emotional Intelligence)

  • Tailored for each participant

Pricing

Each client will participate in 3-4 hours of leadership training per month: lectures, case study discussions, peer-to-peer conversations, and executive coaching.  The fee is $6000 annually.
